City Center
Pembroke Pines City Center is a master-planned mixed-use community within the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project site is bound on the north by Pines Boulevard, on the east by Palm Avenue, and on the south by the Washington Street right-of-way; located east of Hiatus Road. The site is adjacent to the Charles F. Dodge City Center facility. The City has been aggressively marketing City Center and has placed all of the acreage under contract except for a 6.5-acre tract. In addition, City Center is home to the City's Veterans Memorial and 911 Memorial.
The City has contracted with luxury Real Estate Developer, Terra Group to develop a +/- 340,000 square foot lifestyle center along Pines Boulevard at the entrance to the City Center project. Phase 1 of the project is currently under construction and is anchored by a Publix Supermarket that opened in Spring 2018. Other tenants in phase 1 include Publix Liquors, Cooper's Hawk Winery, The Halal Guys, Bento Cafe, Pizza Rev, Pacific Dental, Burger Fi, City Mattress, Smoothie King, Eyeglass World, Outback Steakhouse, Sports Clips, OXXO Dry Cleaners, Rooms to Go Patio and West Marine. The City Center project has up to 350 hotel rooms available on the plat for development. A 150-unit project is currently being proposed on the former City Hall site. For additional information, please contact Terra Group/Courtelis for details.
City Center has two multi-family projects completed and a third project currently under construction with completion estimated in Spring 2019.
1. City Center on 7th consists of 700 rental units over 27 acres. The project was developed in two phases by Mill Creek Residential Trust and is currently managed by Greystar; for more information about the project call 855-466-4384.
2. Town Pembroke Pines was developed by the Related Group. The project consists of 365 luxury rental units on 11 acres. The project broke ground in late 2014 and was completed in late 2016. The project is currently leased. For more information about the Town call 954-300-2434.
3. Luxury real estate developer, Terra Group, is building the third multi-family project onsite named Pines Garden. The project is currently under construction with the first units being delivered in early 2019. This project broke ground in December 2017.
