Members
The Economic Development Board (EDB) comprises 11 regular members and one alternate member. They are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of, the Mayor and Commission. Four of the 11 regular members are recommended for appointment by the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce.
Purpose
The EDB acts in an advisory capacity to the City Commission on economic and business-related issues.
