Members


The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is composed of five regular and two alternate members and is appointed by, and serves at the pleasure of, the Mayor and the City Commission. The Board requires three (3) members in attendance at meetings for a quorum.

Board Vacancies: District 1 - Regular Member and District 2 - Regular Member

Purpose


The BOA hears petitions for zoning variances, zoning interpretations, and zoning appeals for single family residential properties.

Lobbying
Section 32.200 of the City Code of Ordinances Requires Quasi-Judicial Advisory Board Members to file Lobbyist Communication Disclosures. Board Members must file the
Lobbying Disclosure Form
within 10 days of the lobbying activity, but no later than any vote that was subject matter of the lobbying activity. Reference Ordinance No. 1766.
