Due to a service interruption to the City's fiber optic service, computer and internet services at the Utilities Department at 8300 South Palm Drive currently cannot be used - while the office remains open, Customer Service Representatives can only answer general questions. To make a payment, please have your Utility account number available. Credit/Debit card payments cannot be made at this location but can be made at City Hall, online or over the phone.
