Pembroke Pines residents are invited to enjoy “Coffee with the Mayor” as a part of Florida City Government Week on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the Lobby of the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way. Florida City Government Week 2019 will take place October 21-27. This free event gives residents an opportunity to meet city staff, ask questions, celebrate their city and meet Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank C. Ortis while enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee and light snacks. Florida City Government Week is part of an ongoing effort sponsored by the Florida League of Cities to raise public awareness about the services that cities perform and to educate the public on how city government works.
