OpenGov
The City of Pembroke Pines currently utilizes OpenGov for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses. Register your account to begin receiving email notifications for the City's Bid/RFP opportunities. You'll receive an email to activate your account. For more information about how to register, please see the OpenGov Vendor Help File Here. Registration is 100% FREE for all vendors!

Vendor Registration for the Accounts Payable Division
PaymentWorks
The Accounts Payable Division has started implementing a new Vendor Registration portal utilizing PaymentWorks, in which vendors will need to be registered with prior to performing work or receiving payments from the City of Pembroke Pines. To register with the City of Pembroke Pines through the PaymentWorks portal, the Department utilizing the vendor would need to internally request a link to be sent to the vendor to register through the PaymentWorks portal.
