The City of Pembroke Pines works with two haulers to provide waste collection services to residents:
- Waste Pro – for residential garbage collection (regular household garbage, not bulk waste).
- Eastern Waste Systems (EWS) – for bulk waste collection (such as large items, furniture, and yard debris).
To provide fast and transparent service, both companies use the Trac EZ system.
What is Trac EZ?
Trac EZ is an online request and tracking system that allows residents to easily submit feedback or service requests. When you click one of the links below and complete the form, your information is automatically sent to the appropriate hauler (Waste Pro or EWS). At the same time, the City of Pembroke Pines is able to monitor submissions and responses, ensuring accountability and quality service.
When filling out the form, you will be able to select whether your submission is a:
- Complaint – to report missed pickups, damaged containers, or other service issues.
- Request – to ask for assistance such as a replacement container, extra pickup, or other service needs.
- Compliment – to recognize and thank staff for exceptional service.
