Residential/Business Inventory Listing Form
Among the various crime prevention and investigative initiatives of the Pembroke Pines Police Department, one of our highest priorities is the prevention of residential/business burglaries. Our officers are working diligently to keep our community safe, and one of their most valuable crime fighting tools are the partnerships we share with the community. For your convenience we have created a Residential/Business Inventory Listing Form for you to complete and store in a secure place at your residence. The purpose of this form is to provide the Pembroke Pines Police Department and your insurance company with the necessary information to serve you best in the unfortunate case of theft or loss of property. In addition to completing the form, you may also elect to photograph and/or video your valuable items and attach them as well. You can access the form by clicking the link below.

Vehicle Burglary - #9PMRoutine
The majority of vehicle burglaries that occur within our city involve residents who leave their vehicles unlocked, either accidentally or intentionally. These are crimes of opportunity, and can occur very quickly as criminals walk through parking lots pulling on door handles.
We’d like to remind residents to please be mindful of your belongings -
⚠️ ALWAYS lock your doors.
⚠️ ALWAYS remove valuables from your vehicle.
⚠️ ALWAYS remove firearms from your vehicle.
⚠️ ALWAYS remove spare keys from your vehicle.
⚠️ ALWAYS enable alarms.
Most vehicle burglaries occur at night. Get in the habit of double-checking your car before you go to bed by setting a reoccurring #9PMRoutine reminder in your phone.
Our road patrol officers & Burglary Suppression Team are working hard to keep our community safe and your property secure - please assist us by locking your doors, and removing your valuables. You can also help by reporting suspicious activity, persons, and/or vehicles to police via 911 (emergencies) or 954-764-HELP (non-emergencies).
