This exhibition revisits the passing of time from the lens of the Studio 18 Art Complex's resident artists, and it provides a platform to showcase the artworks created in recent months. Featured artworks include paintings of influential artists in modern art history, paintings capturing the tranquil atmosphere of Mediterranean towns, mixed media artworks that open the doors to introspection, and an installation that interpret images from the past

The City of Pembroke Pines is ready for our fur friends and their owners to have a Bark-tacular good time at the Annual Pet Halloween Event. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the K-9 Officer Craig Rupp Dog Park located at 9751 Johnson Street (just east of Palm Ave.).

Enjoy this FREE community event hosted by the Pembroke Pines Police Department & the Pines Baptist Church - meet members of the PPPD, including specialized units! Enjoy bounce houses, games, a face painter, food & beverages, and more!

The Frank’s program for teenagers holds monthly workshops for middle and high school students to explore artistic mediums and creative expression with artist and educator Melanie Oliva. Free and materials provided – Ages 13 – 16.

Save the date for Savor the Sounds Music Series on Sunday, October 22nd from 4-6pm. Food + Music = Fun! Music by Cachi y Saoco Nuevo (Latin). Different Genres of music each month. Food trucks, live music, live artist, and games! Bring your chairs and blankets.

The City of Pembroke Pines invites all artists and crafters to apply to the 25th Annual Art & Music Fest in the Pines, taking place at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, 601 City Center Way, on Saturday, November 4 from 11AM to 8PM and Sunday, November 5, from 12PM to 5PM. Applications to the 25th Annual Art & Music Fest in the Pines are available through ZAPP at www.zapplication.org until October 25th, 2023.

The City of Pembroke Pines invites Pembroke Pines residents to Boo-ville, where everyone has a frightfully good time. It will be held at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way, on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 6 pm to 9 pm. There will be Trick-or Treating and free activities for the entire family. The first 1,000 children will be treated to pre-made Goody Bags. Roaming Monsters (judges) will be out and about judging costumes and dance moves for prizes. Many spooky surprises are planned as the entire family will enjoy many different activities all of which will be Halloween themed.

Join members of the Pembroke Pines Police Department, Pembroke Pines Fire-Rescue, other specialized local agencies, as well as local businesses for Pines Night Out - a FREE community event! There will be music, food, a K-9 demonstration, costume contests, and MORE. Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the PPFD!
