    A.   Financial/Investment Knowledge

    1. Investment Principals
    2. Financial Markets/Capital Markets
    3. CFA, CFP, CPA, CAIA, CIMA or similar type of certifications/credentials are preferred
    4. Ability to review and understand financial reports and fund performance
    5. Understanding of asset allocation
    6. Experience in finance, investment management, trust administration, etc.

    B.   Pension Plan Knowledge

      1. Fiduciary Obligations (best interest of pension plan participants)
      2. Pension Plan Structures
      3. Ability to read and understand actuarial reports

    C.   Personal Characteristics/Obligations

      1. Time to attend monthly meetings
      2.  Time to attend training seminars as necessary
