Eleventh Annual Fall Arts and Crafts Show -
Saturday, September 23, 2017 ~ 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 24, 2017 ~ 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Over 70 indoor artists - FREE admission and parking.
 
Third Annual Veteran’s Employment Expo -
Tuesday, October 3, 2017 – 10:00am until 2:00pm. The Expo is open exclusively from 10:00am to 12noon for retired Veterans and Active Duty members of the United States Military. Forty companies and a dozen social service agencies will be present. At 12noon, the Expo opens to the general public.
 
Antiques and Collectibles Show -
Saturday, October 14, 2017 - 9:00am until 4:00pm and Sunday, October 15, 2017 - 10:00am until 4:00pm. Fifty Dealers. Admission $2.00 or 2 Days $3.00.  Children under 12, free - Free Parking. 
 
Annual Holiday Craft Show by the Southern Handcraft Society
Thursday, October 19, 2017 – 6:30pm until 9:00pm, Friday, October 20, 2017 – 9:00am until 9:00pm, Saturday, October 21, 2017 – 9:00am until 3:00pm.

Halloween Tea Party
Sign up soon to enjoy a fun filled tradition and a spooky array of tea sandwiches, decadent desserts & assorted teas! Wednesday, October 25, 2017 2:00pm - $18.00 per person (reservations required).

Twenty-second Annual Health and Education Fair -
Wednesday, November 1, 2017 – 9:00am until 1:00pm. FREE and open to the public, health screenings, exercise class demonstrations, and entertainment, 50 exhibitors, giveaways and much more!

Flea Market and Bazaar
Saturday, November 4, 2017 - 8:00am until 4:00pm and Sunday, November 5, 2017 - 9:00am until 3:00pm. Over 100 indoor vendors – FREE admission and parking. 

Fourteenth Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
The Center coordinates with schools, businesses and residents to collect donations to make 100 bountiful Thanksgiving meals, including a Turkey for families in need. Donations of nonperishable food items or food store gift certificates are needed. To donate to the 2017 Thanksgiving Food please call 954.450.6888 and ask for the Activities Desk.  Donations are accepted through Monday, November 6, 2017.

2017 Holiday Ornament Sale and Benefit
 Beginning November 6, 2017, one of a kind handcrafted stoneware Holiday Ornaments will go on sale for a donation of $8.00 per ornament. The Holiday Ornaments are creations of the “Artists in Action” Pottery students and staff at the Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center. Proceeds from the Holiday Ornament sale will benefit senior programs and are available for purchase at the front desk or activates desk. Questions? Annual Holiday Open House
Thursday, December 14, 2017 - 6:00pm until 9:00pm. Live entertainment – Hot Cocoa and cookies - Face Painting – Holiday Displays. Santa will be here giving away free party favors! FREE and open to the public.

Enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of the holiday season! Register soon to insure you enjoy a festive afternoon with tea sandwiches, decadent desserts and assorted teas! Wednesday, December 20, 2017 2:00pm - $18.00 per person (reservations required – before 12/8/17).
