Pembroke Pines, FL…. May 23, 2017… The images curated for the upcoming ROCKIN’ Art Exhibition at Studio 18 in the Pines offers visitors a delightful nostalgic trip back to the Rock & Roll Era. Visitors are welcome to attend the show’s opening Artists’ Reception and Exhibition on Friday, June 23, 3017 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. where they will enjoy music provided by Peter Betan, light refreshments and meet the artists whose ROCKIN’ creations range from oils and photography to mixed media.  ROCKIN’ is open to the community and tour groups through August 2, 2017.  Admission and parking are free at Studio 18 in the Pines located at 1101 Poinciana Drive in Pembroke Pines. The ROCKIN’ Art Exhibition runs from June 23, 2017 through August 2, 2017. Visitors are welcome Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to an exhibit displaying over two dozen of the world’s most popular Rock Stars including the likes of Keith Richards, U2, Gloria Estefan, Eddie Van Halen, Roger Daltry, Kiss, and The Gibb brothers. 
 
Artists on exhibit for ROCKIN’ include:  Ana Aguerrevere, Lisa Botto Lee, Florencia Clement de Grandpre, Ken Davidoff, Jose Delbo, Gloria Estafan, The Gibb Family, Holly Hughes, Laurence Levine, Reinaldo Lozano, Larry Marano, Pamela Palma, Alicia Rodriguez, Larry Singer, Larry Singer, Dawn V. and Maria Wieder.
 
ROCKIN’, The Story of Rock & Roll captures the hearts and minds of a generation though incredibly inspired original artwork,” said Michael Edelberg Curator, Community Engagement Coordinator for Studio 18 in the Pines. “This exhibition takes guests on a nostalgic musical journey where they will enjoy the soundtrack of a ROCKIN’ age through images.”
