Arts and Crafts Festival in the Pines 
March 11, 2017 and March 12, 2017

The Festival features artists of fine arts and crafts, drawing, glass, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, wood, jewelry, plants and more.

Jazz In The Pines

18th Annual Pembroke Pines Relay for Life 
March 31, 2017 and April 1, 2017

The 16-hour event at the Walter C. Young Middle School, 901 NW 129 Avenue, 33026 begins at 5:00 p.m. on March 31st and ends at 9:00 a.m. on April 1st. Gather friends, neighbors and form a team or join The Mayor’s Gang.  Cancer Survivors, Caregivers, family and friends are invited to help find a cure for cancer. Seventh Annual Pill Box Pharmacies Flamingo Strut 5K and Fun Run Sunday - April 2, 2017 

Register on March 16, 2017 and Save $10!

Race begins at Flamingo Park - 1900 N.W. 122nd Terrace adjacent to the Pill Box Pharmacies and Medical Supplies Taft Street location. The first 400 people who register at www.active.com  and type in Pill Box Pharmacies Flamingo Strut 5K will receive a Flamingo Strut 5K shirt. Race Fees: $25.00 per person pre-registration or $30.00 per person on race day. Fun Run fee for children ages nine and younger is $10.00.  Race packet pick-up begins at 6:00 a.m. The 5K begins at 7:30 a.m. followed by the Kids Fun-Run Flamingo Strut at 8:30 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Pembroke Pines Charter School Foundation. No pets please. The 5K course is measured and certified to USATF specifications. The 5K is timed by Split Seconding Timing. Two Annual Egg Hunts 
April 15, 2017
New time 10:00a.m. Sharp!

Don't leave home without your basket! Egg Hunts are held at Pines Recreation Center, 7400 Pines Boulevard and Pembroke Shores Park, 501 SW 172nd Avenue. No pets please. The free event for children ages 12 and younger includes an egg hunt, face painting, bounce houses, and a visit from Peter Rabbit. Bring a basket.
