Pembroke Pines, FL (March 1, 2022) - The City of Pembroke Pines offers swimming lessons for people of all ages. It is never too late to learn how to swim, especially when living in the confines of sunny South Florida. Swim lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors at two different Pembroke Pines locations: Pembroke Lakes Tennis and Aquatics Center located at 10500 Taft Street and Towngate Pool located at 901 N.W. 155th Avenue in Pembroke Pines.
Summer swim lesson registration begins on Monday, March 7, 2022. Aquatic classes, comprised of six skill levels, will be held in two-week sessions, Monday through Thursday, or 8 consecutive Saturday morning lessons. Pre-registration is required and classes are limited to eight students. Arrangements for swimming lessons can be made at the City of Pembroke Pines Towngate Park located at 901 N.W. 155th Avenue every Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
