Risk Management

The Risk Management Division aims to preserve the City of Pembroke Pines assets and interests by effectively managing potential risks and exposures. 

The division utilizes methodical approaches to eliminate or minimize losses, efficiently administers insurance programs, process workers’ compensation claims, ensures proper cost allocation for incurred losses, and collaborate with departments to encourage a safe work environment. 

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION:

If you are the supervisor of a City employee that has sustained a work-related injury, please complete a First Report of Injury Form and email it to riskmanagement@ppines.com or deliver/mail it to City of Pembroke Pines - Risk Management Department: 601 City Center Way, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025.

LIABILITY CLAIMS:

If you have incurred a loss you believe the City may be responsible for, you may make a claim by completing the Incident Claim Form and email it to riskmanagement@ppines.com or deliver/mail it to City of Pembroke Pines - Risk Management Department: 601 City Center Way, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025.
