Do you need to report an issue regarding a malfunctioning streetlight, pothole, or other safety issue?  

DOWNED STREETLIGHTS are maintained by various agencies.  Please provide a detailed description of where the light pole is located, and an address or pole # whenever possible. Also indicate if it is on the north, south, east, or west side of the roadway.

• Private communities - Contact your HOA

• Pembroke Road (southside only) - Report to the City of Miramar
• I-75 and Florida’s Turnpike - Send email to d4.bopsinquiry@dot.state.fl.us
• Pines Blvd, Flamingo Road, University Drive, US-27, Pembroke Road (north side only), Douglas Road, and Palm Ave., Sheridan Street from I-75 to US-27, and Pembroke Road (northside only)  - Send email to nonemergencyresponse@ppines.com

POTHOLES are maintained by various agencies.  Please provide a detailed description of where the pothole is located, and an address whenever possible.  Also indicate if it is in a westbound, eastbound, northbound, or southbound lane.
